台北中山區美食 |大年初二吃會爆汁的水餃，$220NT一碗的麻辣牛肉麵—洪師父牛肉麵

大家好，這裡是WalkLife徒步生活。今天要跟大家介紹一家位於台北市中山區的牛肉麵店—洪師父牛肉麵。由於拍攝影片的時候是大年初二，很多店都沒有開門。走在路上剛好看到一家大大的招牌的牛肉麵，於是走進店裡。

翻開菜單，這間牛肉麵的菜色非常多。

點了一碗麻辣牛肉麵，牛肉麵的家常麵是屬於粗面，非常有咬勁。另外套餐+50，可以選擇小菜或是水餃跟附帶一杯飲料。聽到隔壁桌的阿姨說：「再幫我外帶50顆水餃」。我就點了韭菜水餃，真的非常好吃！水餃還會噴汁，不過牛肉麵相較起來就比較沒有特色，但是牛肉的肉片我自己覺得比林東芳的牛肉麵要來的嫩。
