大家好，這裡是WalkLife徒步生活。這次我們一起走訪的是隱身在山野的鄒族原住民料理餐廳——游芭絲鄒宴餐廳 YUPASU Tsou Restaurant。這家餐廳的地點位置，在阿里山鄉，再過去就是達娜伊谷自然生態公園。由於地處的位置比較偏遠，山路狹小。

大家前往的時候，建議先致電詢問是否有開門。這家游芭絲鄒宴餐廳的裝潢非常漂亮是木造建築，能一邊品嚐到鄒族料理，一邊也能看到山野風景。 這次我們點的是600塊錢的雙人套餐，內含原木烤肉、炭烤斑鳩、時令蔬菜、沙拉盤以及湯品跟愛玉檸檬的甜點。

它的鄒族原木烤肉的豬肉，非常好吃，外脆內嫩。炭烤斑鳩的骨頭也是很脆，細嚼慢嚥可以直接吃下去。這次的炒時令蔬菜是炒山芹菜，湯品是採用原住民的特有香料馬告雞肉湯，非常的清爽好喝。

The location of the restaurant is in ali shan township, just beyond the danai valley natural ecological park. Because the location is more remote, narrow mountain road. When you go, it is recommended to call first to ask if there is a door. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and built of wood, offering a taste of zou cuisine and a view of the mountains. This time we ordered a $600 combo for two, complete with log roast meat, charcoal-grilled turtledove, seasonal vegetables, salad plates, and a dessert of soup and aiyu lemon. Its zou log roast pork, very delicious, crispy outside and tender inside. Charcoal roasted turtledove bones are also very fragile, slow swallow can be eaten directly.
